Wednesday Walks
Wednesday, September 27, 11:00am
Let's get moving! We will meet at the Main
Library and set out for a walk on the trail.
In case of bad weather, we will walk on the
track at Five Points Washington. Participants
can set their own pace and distance. Bottled
water will be provided.

Game Night
Thursday, September 28, at 6:00pm
Drop in at the Main Library for a fun evening
of board and card games with a welcoming
group. A variety of games will be available,
based on attendance and interest.

Genealogy Meetup

Friday, September 29, 2:30pm
Share your recent genealogical finds with
others! Get help using Ancestry Library Edition
and other library resources to explore your
family's history at the Main Library. Light
refreshments provided.

Abraham Lincoln in Song
Saturday, September 30, 2:00pm
Area folk musician Chris Vallillo presents
his throughly-researched period program
as a biography of the president at the
Main Library.

Book Sale Donations Accepted
October 2 - October 14
The library will be accepting donations of
books, DVDs, audio books, and music CDs
in good condtion for the F.o.W.L. Fall Book
Sale October 21-25. Please no magazines,
encyclopedias, or textbooks.

Book Chatters
Monday, October 2, 11:00-12:00
Our Book Chatters group discusses books
we've been reading and favorites we've
enjoyed! Come to the Main Library to learn
about terrific authors and newly released or
upcoming titles, and enter for a chance to
take home an exciting new book before
its official publication! Light refreshments
provided.

Knit Night
Tuesday, October 3, 6:30pm
Bring your latest project for a laidback
evening of conversation and yarn work at the
Main Library. All skill levels welcome - staff
will be on hand to offer tips and encouragement.
